"The heart is the most important thing in the world. Therefore, look after it well." Ajahn Mun (1870-1949)

May the Dhamma continue to tranform and bring Joy into your Life. Many thanks for your practice and kind attention.

Below are several Dharma talks that I have given at different residential retreats in the past few years. You are welcomed to listen to them and I hope that they are beneficial to liberation, freedom and happiness for all beings. The Dharma is priceless and its power to transform our lives immeasureable.

With many bows and deep respect, I ask that each time you listen to one of these talks to please consider the Practice of Generosity (or "Dana" in Pali--the language of the Buddhist teachings) and click on the above "donate" button. The Dharma can only be supported by the practicing community and Dana (or Generosity) was the first teaching that the Buddha offered whenever he went to a new community. Personally, I sustain my whole livelihood and life expenses purely on donations from sharing Dharma teachings, so any offering that you are able to make will assist me in continuing the work in the Dharma that I do. Your offerings are so greatly appreciated. Your kindness supports not only my own efforts but also supports the continuation of the Dharma and how it can be accessed by and influential to diverse multicultural communities.
Anumodana! ("Sharing in the Goodness of that has been Cultivated")

Many blessings on your practice.
